Electricity tapped/distributed at Rocinha – the largest favela in Rio.






Looking out from Rocinha to the tall buildings of Sao Conrado and the peaks of Pedra da Gavea and Pedra Bonita. It’s interesting how the poor and affluent neighborhoods are neighbors. Economically it seems to make sense ;-)
